互联网冲突

我有两台Windows 7计算机连接到我的家庭网络。 Comp A和Comp B上周都上网了。星期五我打开了Comp B并收到一条消息，说网络上有多个具有相同IP地址的comp。我点击
ok并且没有问题就进行了我的网络搜索，但是如果Comp B打开，现在Comp A将无法连接到互联网。如果comp B关闭，comp A没有问题。我尝试更新并重置comp A上的IP，但如果comp B打开，它仍然无法连接。
请帮助。

I have two windows 7 computers hooked up to my home network. Comp A and Comp B both accessed the internet fine last week. Friday I turned on Comp B and received a message saying there were more than one comp with the same IP address on the network. I clicked ok and went about my internet searching without issue, however now Comp A will not connect to the internet if Comp B is on. If comp B is off, comp A has no issues. I tried to renew and also reset the IP on comp A, but it still won't connect if comp B is on. Help please.
