I have installed Visual Studio Ultimate 2012 RC on Windows 8 Enterprise so I created a SQL Server Database Project then I want to Connect to Database and I get this Error message:

"A network related or instance specific error occurred while establishing a connection to sql server ... "

and I want to check SQL Server Services like SQL server Express into "SQL server Configuration Manager" and I can''t find it.
i know my question about this error message is very repetitious but i want to know :
is there SQL server Configuration manager in VS2012?
What do I must to do for this problem?
