I installed Visual Studio Community 2015 a number of months back and want to now update it with the Windows Phone 8.1 SDK. However, after several trials (using the VS 2015 App, the WP 8.0 SDK .iso file and the WP 8.1 SDK .iso file), I am still unable to. Here are the things I've tried:
