I installed such an apps like gmaps etc and after that I uninstalled them. But with the windows update they were automatically installed again. This view shows you all Apps you hold licenses to. You can't delete entries there. Given the new backup feature however I would guess that those uninstalled Apps should not show up again on your phone on future updates. At least this is not the case for me and I have > 5 devices for testing purposes.
